Welcome to Abacus Appraisal Services website. We are located in Southwest Arizona on the Arizona/California border. Yuma’s main economic base is agriculture, the Marine Corp Air Station and tourism.

What makes Yuma such a great place to live and raise a family? The most obvious reason for Yumas outstanding growth is, of course, our wonderful climate. Summers can get a little warm (ranging from 110-125) but the winters are the reason we tolerate the extensive heat of the summer. After approximately 3 months of summer, Yuma is fortunate to have approximately 9 months of beautiful temperatures. Yumas famous winters have not gone unnoticed by our winter visitors who make the journey south to enjoy our fantastic weather; great for golfing, hiking, boating on the rivers or hanging out in the sand dunes.
